How do I customize my order?

What file types can I upload?
We recommend high-resolution PNG, JPG, or PDF files for best results. Low-quality images may affect the final print quality.
Will I receive a proof before printing?
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, orders are printed as submitted. Please review your uploaded files and custom text carefully before completing your purchase. If you choose the custom design option you will receive an email proof of the design before the order is created.
What materials do you print on?
Our flatbed UV printer allows us to print directly onto a wide range of materials. Material options vary by product and will be listed on each product page.
How long does it take to process an order?
All items are made to order. Processing times vary depending on the product and customization requirements. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information.
How much is shipping?
We use paid, automated USPS shipping rates. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package size.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Custom or personalized items are non-refundable, unless they arrive defective or damaged.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
