Custom or personalized items are non-refundable, except in cases where the product arrives defective or damaged. If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, and we will review the request for a replacement or refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed defective.
