Because our products are custom made, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for items that are unopened, unused, and in original condition. Custom or personalized items are non-refundable, except in cases where the product arrives defective or damaged. If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, and we will review the request for a replacement or refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed defective.

All StitchPrints products are made to order and shipped using paid, automated USPS shipping rates, which are calculated at checkout based on your location and package details. Processing times may vary depending on customization, and delivery times are determined by the selected USPS service. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships, and StitchPrints is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
